Step 6: The use of any kind of khata is considered taboo on this day.
Step 7: The water kept in the vessel should be sprinkled in every part of the house. The remaining water should be sprinkled in the basil plant.
Lakshmi Maa is also observed on Friday. Other methods performed during the fast remain the same, but some things need to be taken care of. The method of this fast is-
Step- 1 Red flower, white or red sandalwood should be used in worship.
Step 2: Offer prasad to Lakshmi Mata with kheer or rice and distribute prasad.
Step 3: In this fast, take only one meal and include kheer in it.
