The temple has an 11-foot-high statue of Swaminarayan. Also the idols of Sita-Ram, Radha-Krishna, Lakshmi-Narayana and Shiva Parvati are also installed in the temple. All the idols in the temple are made of punch metal. The Akshardham temple is very divine and has 234 pillars and nine domes, which are very attractive and have been carved with fine detail. You will be surprised to know that Akshardham is decorated with 20,000 statues. Not only here, statues of 148 elephants weighing 3000 tons are also installed in Akshardham. The temple is spread over an area of ​​86342 square feet in terms of area. It is 356 feet long and 316 feet wide while 141 feet high.
